A Clinical Director Internship that can lead to clinic partnership

Learn how to coach to grow incredible clinicians while simultaneously ensuring that the back end of the business remains successful.
At the end of this 18 month program you should have the tools to run your own practice and will have an opportunity for a partnership role in the Parkway Sooke clinic.
What You’ll Learn:
Pillar 1. Financials
● Learn how to read and set up a business spreadsheet
● Learn how to set up an organisation and meetings
● Understand the statistics of your business and how to achieve goals
● Learn how to read and write profit/loss statements and why they’re critical to a healthy business
Pillar 2. Operations
● Understand how the scoreboard can help you solve your team’s problems
● Develop Leadership skills to help your clinicians
● Develop Leadership skills that align personal, professional and business goals and values
Pillar 3. Marketing and Recruitment
● Clinicians are the most valuable assets of any clinic
● How financials, operations and values should align with recruitment goals
● Marketing deep dive and how to ensure that your clinicians continually have new patients to serve and treat
Coursework, literature reviews and mentorship according to your pace and needs such that after 18 months you will have all the tools and knowledge necessary to manage, partner in or own outright, a physiotherapy practice.

● Is both able to teach others and at the same time is teachable and open to learn
● Able to recognize risks and opportunities both to the patient experience as well as to team needs
